Traveling sports is big, and most every team has at least one tournament where they need to stay in a hotel. These signs not only show team unity, but also make it easy for teammates to find each other within the hotel.

While kids certainly like to win, what they’ll remember most is the camaraderie and the times they got to hang out with their friends between games, and this will provide them with a memento of the fun they had.

WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THE "NOTES TO SELLER" AREA:

Choose the total quantity. So if there’s 12 players on the team, choose 12.

Please choose from the following details:

(YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE ALL OF THIS INFORMATION INCLUDED, OTHER THAN THE SPORT, CHILD'S NAME AND COLORS. WHICHEVER INFORMATION YOU EXCLUDE I WILL REMOVE AND ADJUST THE SIGN ACCORDINGLY.)

• Each player’s name (first or last name)/jersey number
• Name of the organization/team name for which he/she plays
• Choose up to 2 colors from the color list (white and black are included)
**the list of colors is to simplify choosing them, but if you know the exact PMS or CMYK color your team uses, or if your team colors don't match what's available on the list, let me know**
• The image will come with a cutline around it, but if you do not want the cutline, let me know, and I'll remove it
•Team logo (please provide logo file if you want this)

Within 2-3 days, after receiving your instructions, I will email you a proof of your design.

Please check the following:
1. All names are present
2. All names are spelled correctly
3. Each name is paired correctly with its corresponding jersey number
4. All other information is correct and spelled correctly

You can either approve or request revisions. Please make sure of what you would like to revise. I will only revise 2 times. Once you approve the proof I will send the high resolution pdf for printing to your email.

The digital image you will receive will fit within the size of a standard Letter (8.5”x11”) or Tabloid (11" x 17") sheet of paper.

You will receive a 300 DPI resolution PDF file for each sign (so if you order 12 signs, you'll receive 12 pdfs). I will also provide a pdf with suggestions as to best practices when printing/creating the signs.
