Dunne Park
Gentle, grass covered hills offer room to play or picnic. Includes tennis courts, softball fields, playground and memorial rose garden and barbeque pits, which are first come first serve.
The club house requires reservation and can accommodate up to 40 people. Chairs and card tables are provided. Located at West and Sixth Street. For reservations, call 831.636.4390.

Frank Klauer Memorial Park
This five acre facility is located on Beverly Drive in the Sunnyslope Village Subdivision.
The park is constructed around a storm water retention basin and is primarily turf, with toddler and youth oriented playground, as well as picnic tables and individual barbeque pits.
This location is ideal for small family functions or day use. No reservations required.
John Z. Hernandez Memorial Park
A quarter-acre park with play equipment. Located on Central Avenue.
Las Brisas Park
Approximately one-acre park with play area, picninc tables and open turf area. Located on Las Brisas Drive between Hillcrest and Sunnyslope Roads. No reservations required.
Marguerite Maze Sports Complex
This sports complex consists of basketball and volleyball courts. Softball, soccer fields and a quarter-mile track are also available. Located at Marguerite Maze Middle School on Meridian Road. Rancho San Justo Sports Complex
Approximately thirteen acres of softball and soccer fields, a football field, a quater-mile track, basketball courts and sports lighting. Located at Prospects and Park Streets. McCarthy Park
Approximately 1.5 acres of turf and a multi-use basketball court. Located at San Andreas School on Alvarado Drive.
Jerry Gabe Memorial Park
Acres of turf area for play and dog fun. Located at the Hollister Airport on San Felipe and Fallon Road. There are picnic tables and barbeque pits available at first come first serve.
Hollister Skate Park
The Skate Park is located on Memorial Drive adjacent to the Veterans Memorial Softball Fields. The Skate Park consists of two eight-foot bowls, cemented rails and ramps for a skaters ultimate ride. Skateboarders are required to wear helmets and pads to ride in the Skate Park. No reservation is required and admission is free. Hours of operation are dawn to dusk.
Hollister Community Center
The Community Center is ideal for weddings, anniversaries, baptisms, and company parties. The Community Center is equipped with full kitchen facilities, chairs, and tables. It accommodates up to 150 people and is located at 300 West Street. Requirements for renting this facility include liability insurance and hiring of security guards if you are having a youth related function or any function serving alcohol. Tony Aguirre Memorial Park
Tony Aguirre Park is located in the Bridgeville Subdivision off of Bridge Road. The park is one-acre of playground facilities, with open grass area to run and play. No reservation is required.
Valley View Park
Valley View Park is located in the Valley View subdivision area. Consists of acres of turf and playground facilities. Includes picnic tables and a water spraying whale play structure. No reservation is required.
Veterans Memorial Softball Fields
Includes two softball fields with night lights. Located along Memorial Drive between Sunnyslope and Hillcrest Roads. For reservations, call 831.636.4390.
Veterans Memorial Building
Veterans Memorial Building, located on San Benito Street, is one of Hollister's oldest historical buildings. It's ideal for weddings, corporate events, and parties. The building can hold up to 1,000 people giving ample room for any occasion. The building includes a full service kitchen and bar. If your needs are smaller, the building has an annex building to host those smaller events. City Council unanimously approved an agreement with the Veterans Groups to manage daily operations and rental of the Veterans Memorial Building at 649 San Benito Street beginning on November 1, 2013. Those interested in Event Rental of the building can contact the Veterans Groups directly at 831.637.7011 or hollistervetsbuilding@gmail.com. Hours of operation at the Veteran's Building for customers are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Wednesdays and Saturdays are by appointment only.
Vista Park Hill
A softball field, playground, and barbeque facilities overlook a nearly 360 degree view of the downtown Hollister area. Located near downtown Hollister on top of Hill Street. BBQ facilities have two large pits, a sink with cold water only, and access to electricity. For reservations of the BBQ area, call 831.636.4390.
