While the home of Tarleton Baseball hasn't moved since the program was revived in 1988, it has certainly seen quite the facelift.

The Tarleton Baseball Complex underwent the second phase of a major transformation ahead of the 2023 spring season when its capacity was increased to seat over 1,000 people, a cantilever roof structure was added and a new press box was installed.

Capacity was increased to seat over 1,000 people including a section of stadium chairs that provide reserved seating opportunities for the first time. The new seats are also shaded from the Texas sun as a cantilever roof structure was installed. The facelift also included a new press box which houses four separate rooms. Rooms include setups for home and visiting radio/broadcasting, as well as an operations booth for media/Tarleton State employees and a hospitality room.

The first phase of renovations came in the summer of 2021 when the original field, fence and lights were replaced with brand-new turf, Champion Wall, and LED lights.

The complex went into construction in January of 1987 and was completed prior to the inaugural season of baseball in 1988 under head coach Lee Driggers.

The field is Hellas Matrix Turf and is framed in center and right field by pecan trees with the university behind Washington Street in the distance. It measures out to 320 feet down each foul line, 365 feet to the gaps, and 400 feet to straight-away centerfield. The field is located beside the Tarleton indoor softball and baseball buildings and adjacent to the Tarleton Softball Complex - which was a later addition to the property when the university added women’s fastpitch softball in 1996 - on the south side of Washington Street.

A scoreboard was added prior to the 2014 season with inning-by-inning score-tracking capabilities as well as columns for runs, hits, and errors. The LED scoreboard allows for customizable names to be placed in the home and visitor title screens.

The dugouts in the complex are covered with red brick and the stands seat 1,000 spectators in bleachers that wrap around the wall behind home plate. A new nylon backstop was installed prior to the 2015 season that wraps from dugout to dugout and extend 50 feet high - replacing the 30-foot high chain-link fence that was originally placed behind the plate in 1988.
